SENATE BILL NO. 350 "An Act relating to a defendant's violation                
of conditions of release; and providing for an effective date" was

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 350 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
